We sell carp bait and tackle because we fish for carp.
We try to get the very best products from around the world.
If we wouldn’t use it, we won’t sell it. 

 

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us in the original packaging and in saleable condition within 14 days for a full refund (except for shipping and handling and insurance).

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Items Exempt From Refunds
Refunds will not be given for any item not in saleable condition, any item which is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, nor any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed if we deem the item to be in saleable condition. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late Or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company-- it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at corey@wackerbaits.com.

Exchanges
If you simply ordered the wrong size or color and would like to exchange it for a different variety, send us an email at corey@wackerbaits.com with your order number, item you would like to return and the item with which you would like to replace it. You will be charged for a price difference, if applicable, and for shipment of the new item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
